For the end of the school year, we ordered two blankets in the schools colors. We ordered the yarn and had it delivered to Emme. When we picked up the blankets and brought them home, our two other children, who had not previously requested blankets for their teachers, immediately demanded one. Luckily, Emme had extra stock of already made blankets, not necessarily in school colors, but beautiful and comfortable. We purchased more! All pieces have been well-made and loved. In the end we selfishly kept one for ourselves and it lives on our living room couch where we all get to enjoy it daily!

The blanket far exceeded my imagination. Emme was so easy to work with and gave great suggestions when I couldn’t decide on what color and size. I LOVE my ombré blanket and the yarn is a great quality. I ended up realizing I wanted mine large enough to cover my bed and she DELIVERED. The size added a bit of heft and I don’t think I have ever slept more comfortably under a knitted blanket. The stitching is excellent and it looks good front or back because the weave and the transition is done so well.

I've had the chance to see and feel a few of the chunky knit blankets made by Emme's Handknit Blankets, and I am so impressed. The quality and craftsmanship are immediately noticeable, and each blanket is beautifully made with great attention to detail. The blankets are incredibly soft and cozy, with a luxurious feel that makes you want to curl up in them right away. The chunky knit design is both stylish and inviting, making them a beautiful addition to any home. Even though I don't own one myself YET (fully plan on commissioning one), being able to see and feel a few of them firsthand has shown me how much care and skill goes into every blanket.
